Public school employee pension reform
One bill in a package that overhauls the public school employee retirement system in order to incentivize employees to choose fully-funded, contribution-driven retirement accounts. This is accomplished by establishing a system of generous employer contributions in the defined contribution system and greater cost-sharing in the traditional pension option.
