Public school employee pension reform

Overhauls the public school employee retirement system in order to incentivize employees to choose fully-funded, contribution-driven retirement accounts. The bill accomplishes this by establishing a system of generous employer contributions in the defined contribution system and greater cost-sharing in the traditional pension system option.
