Preempt local bans on employer interview questions.

Stops local governments from enacting prohibitions on an employer’s freedom to ask about a prospective employee’s salary history during a job interview. Note: This bill is an appropriate legal and philosophical state pre-emption of local authority because it preserves and protects free exchange from encroachment.
